Why Dream Doors?

Quick hacks to help you in the kitchen
Be efficient- think and act like a factory line.
Add vinegar to boiled eggs to help them peel.
Use a pizza cutter to cut dough into shapes.
Freeze any herbs that are about to go off.
Make juicy lemons with the help of a microwave- around 20-30 seconds.
Use boiling water when peeling shallots- this helps speed up the process.
Use wine for a quick meat marinade.
Use salt water as a makeshift cooler.
Use a spoon to peel a kiwi.
Steam your eggs- start the process as soon as the whites are almost ready.
Use more than salt and pepper to liven up a dish- alternatively use soy sauce, gravy or crushed up chicken stock.
Skewer fruit for a little juice- you don’t have to use the whole piece.
Wrap bananas separately in plastic wraps- this helps them stay fresher for longer.
Makeshift freezer shelves with magazine holders- simply turn them on their side in for some extra storage.
